Shivana Samudra Photos

This first few photos were on our way to shivana samudra via kanakapur road

























































this is me next to kauvery water, iam serious not joking, this is pipeline (behind me)that supplies kauvery water for to most part of bangalore

This is the view from the top of the first Hydro-electric works in Asia constructed by Sheshadri Iyer under the wodeyar regime in 1902.





























Me beside a fountain built in the form of a turbine and next to an artificial depositary to store and release the water for the turbine below.





























Shivanasamudra: around 120Kms Bangalore mainly consists of picturesque waterfalls, Gaganachukki and Barachukki . The following are the photos of Gaganachukki (a dot in the sky)





















































































Barachukki photos are below. The pics here are not clear, as the force of the so much that the water droplets from the falls covered the lens of the camera though we were very far away from the falls.

Hyderabad

First I would like to mention that all the photos were taken using my Motorola E398.

This was during my second onsite trip to hyderabad, during first time was it was only for 2 weeks and could'nt do much other than work. But this could go around to look at the beautiful city of hyderabad, I liked the city, in terms of the roads just wishing bangalore would become like that, alas it is not and I have no hope of it improving with this so called "samyukta sarkara" (coalition government, according to me should be renamed collision government)

The photo on the left is the Imax theatre in hyderabad, the movies are very cheap, I really mean it for a guy having given an amount of Rs.120 bucks for a movie in bangalore, giving Rs 60 for the same is cheap.













This was my office in Hyderabad.











The statue at entrance of birla temple and the view of the hussain sagar from top of the birla temple, the view from here is awesome.
